International Project Support Services Ltd - announces vacancy for Administrative assistant.
Duties will include:
- Established and maintained excellent working relationships with customers and employees.
- Provided administrative support and helped manage staff members
- Prepare and maintain departmental information, including timesheets, expense reports, contracts, and invoice payments.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to staff
- Manage and coordinate all procurement and logistical matters
- Answer and make phone calls
- Coordinate and organize activities and events
- Translate various documents (English, Russian, Georgian).
Requirements:
- University degree
- Relevant working experience
- Good command of Georgian, Russian and English languages
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Excellent reporting skills.
